Bull98 is more than just another online gaming platform. We are a community of Malaysian entertainment enthusiasts who believe every player deserves a safe, fair and genuinely enjoyable experience. Our journey began with a determination to deliver something better — and that commitment stays with us to this day.
Three core values that guide every decision we make at bull98.
To provide a safe, fair and easy-to-use online entertainment platform for every Malaysian, regardless of background or experience level. We want every player to feel valued and protected at all times.
To be Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform of choice — not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most trusted. Player trust is bull98's greatest success.
Transparency in every transaction, integrity in every match, and empathy in every customer interaction. Bull98 believes good business starts with an honest relationship with its users.
Six core features we are proud of — and the reason Malaysian players have kept trusting bull98 year after year.
All player data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of security used by Malaysia's leading banks. Your financial and personal information is never shared with third parties.
Your winnings are processed and sent to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet within 15 minutes. No unreasonable waiting periods, no unnecessary questions — your money, when you need it.
All games on bull98 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent international bodies. Every spin, every hand, every dice roll — all fair and tamper-proof.
Our support team speaks both Malay and English, ready to assist you anytime via live chat on the bull98 app or web platform. Our average response time is under 3 minutes.

Recognising the strong demand from Malaysian sports fans, bull98 expanded the platform with a full sports betting module — covering football, badminton and esports from day one.

Bull98 reached 250,000 registered members and expanded its game catalogue to over 1,500 titles. The Bingo section launched and quickly became one of the most popular games on the platform.

Every company starts with a problem it wants to solve. For bull98, the problem was straightforward — in 2018, our founding team noticed that most online entertainment platforms available to Malaysian users were not truly built with Malaysian users in mind. Confusing interfaces, withdrawal processes that took days, poor customer support, and doubts about game integrity — this was the reality many local players faced at the time.
Our small team from Kuala Lumpur set out to prove that something better was possible. We are no strangers to this industry — our founders have spent over a decade in financial technology and digital entertainment. We knew what was needed, and we had the skills to build it. Bull98 is the result of that commitment.
The name "Bull98" is no coincidence. "Bull" represents energy, spirit and optimism — much like a bull market in finance, always trending upward. "98" is a tribute to the 1997–98 Asian financial crisis, a reminder that we have all faced tough times, but what matters most is how we rise back stronger. Together, "Bull98" embodies the resilience and confidence we hope every member of our community carries with them.
Bull98 believes a responsible entertainment platform is not just possible — it is necessary. That is why we provide comprehensive betting limit tools, temporary account break features, and easily accessible educational resources on responsible gaming. We partner with support organisations for players who need help, and we address every concern seriously and with genuine empathy.
Policy Responsible Gaming we go beyond a standard terms document — it is a living commitment we uphold every day. If you or someone you know needs support regarding gambling habits, our team is ready to connect you with the right resources.
To every bull98 player who has trusted us from 2018 until today — thank you. Your trust is the reason we show up every morning and keep pushing to be better. We listen to your feedback, we learn from our mistakes, and we never stop looking for ways to improve your experience.
And to anyone discovering bull98 for the first time — welcome. We hope you find what keeps hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players coming back to us. We do not promise perfection, but we promise our best — and we will not stop until that promise is fulfilled.
